The Festival as a Space for Artistic Research The Role of the Cultural Manager in Creating an Ecosystem of Academic Excellence
The article explores the role of cultural festivals as spaces for artistic research in the twenty-first century and the ways in which cultural managers can contribute to the development of ecosystems of academic excellence. The analysis focuses on the intersection between artistic practice, the university and the community, using the Sibiu International Theatre Festival (FITS) as a case study.
